Graduated with her nursing degree in 1998, specializing in critical care and advanced cardiac medicine for over 20 years. In 2010 she pursued her career in esthetics, studying Botox injection and Juvederm fillers under Dr. Assana, a renowned plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, CA. and with National Botox and Juvederm trainer and Nurse Practioner Sandy Hutnick in Winter Park, Florida. Licensed in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan, Lisa worked with colleagues Dr. Caringella in Chicago and Dr. Beck in Indiana. She became certified in PRP, a stem cell based treatment for the face and body in Beverly Hills and trained with Environ, a face and body skincare line that is organic and medical grade. With her family she now resides in Douglas, MI and is the creative force behind Redefine.

Allison has been passionately working as an esthetician since 2016. She is our lead medical esthetician, specializing in age refinement, acneic prone skin, specialized facial treatments, etc. Having attended multiple trainings for our medical skin care line, Environ, she is very passionate about passing that knowledge onto her clientele to help them feel their very best! A second passion for her and is one of the worlds hottest trends, eyelash extensions. She holds certificates with the worlds leading brand of eyelash extensions, and has grown her lash clientele to new heights and takes pride in her clients overall happiness. She strives to stay relevant on the newest trends and services available in order to give her clients the best experience possible.
